Dear Admin:

I was really surprise upon finding out that I become one of the Moderator here in this furom, but I am really wondering how it happen and when it happen. Was there any election done here without my knowledge or just merely by appointing me as one of them?

Sorry po, pero di ko alam ano ang function ng moderator . . hehehehe. Pwede po paki post dito ano ang mga responsiblities namin dahil sa palagi akong absent baka mapenalty ako rito by not being perfect with my attendance. Nagtatanung lang po ang inyong lingkod sana po masagut nyo ang aking mga katanungan. I love you all pati yong mga hindi nag love sa akin. . hehehe Maraming salamat po Admin.

Hi Nang Al,

Sorry for not informing you. It was me who made you "honorary" moderator for all your support and dedication for our forum. It's been the practice of this forum to give "Honorary" ranks to die hard supporters of our site from the very beginning.

Moderators are empowered to edit, delete posts or change some forum setting to a certain extent in order to make the forum smooth, less offensive and friendly to all users.

We normally delete offensive posts and give warning to offenders before we sanction them by suspension or banning. When there are issues we are not sure about, we normally consult fellow moderators on how to deal the situation. As of the moment, we have no hard and fast rule on who should be elected as Moderators. I hope we can come up with something like that.

I am anticipating to be inactive for the next few months. The more moderator we have, the better for our forum.

mao ni isa gusto nako i clarify kung ma moderator na..... dapat ba daily mo log diri ? or kung dili maka log may notification or mo file leave of absence?please clarify admin. ty.other responsibilities were already clarified by admin in the previous post.
